Join us for this exciting course catered to inspire veterans and newcomer village builders alike! We will give you our best practices toolkit for changemaking in the commons to enable us to weave together an international village building movement. We will bring the village alive through interactivities, dynamic and thought-provoking conversations, while sharing practical tools and strategies.

Course Instructors

This year, we are especially excited to showcase our diverse team of placemaking specialists and the exemplary collaboratively leadership culture we have been co-creating here at City Repair and Village Building Convergence - Portland.  This three-day course will be co-taught by City Repair’s main organizers including Mark Lakeman (City Repair co-founder and Creative Director), Marc Tobin (Executive Director), and Matt Bibeau (Program Advisor & 12-year City Repair organizer), Priti Shah (Financial Director), Kirk Rea (Development Director), and Ridhi D’Cruz (Associate Director).

We invite you to write to us requesting specific topics or specialized areas of focus. We will do our best to integrate all of these to co-create the most powerfully transformative learning environment yet. The Village Is Everywhere. See you there!
