We are Arte Soleil Gallery! ~ an East Portland Gift Shoppe / Studio on the corner of SE 122nd Ave and Ellis St. Since we're an art hub for many, we are exploring creative ways to keep our hub doors open so we can continue to provide such a space for our community

Our mission is exposing the community to a wide range of artistic expression through creative collaboration!

We are inspired to beautify the space and community while restoring the vitality of the ecosystem by creating accessible pathways and multi-functional plant habitat that will be enjoyed by pollinators, community members, and creatives alike. Our Design includes plants that can be used in studio time by creatives such as for dyes, basketry, fiber etc.

PHASE 1: Sheet Mulching & Potluck - April 28th 10am - 4pm
PHASE 2: Planting & Potluck - May 19th 10am - 4pm
PHASE 3: Finish Planting & Potluck - June 1st 10am - 4pm
plus Open Mic & Free Studio Time 7 pm - 10 pm

Midday Thriving Block Party - June 15th 12pm - 5pm WOO!

In partnership with Midway Business Association, Powellhurst Gilbert Neighborhood Association, Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association, Lents Gilbert Church, and various local businesses, creatives, and neighbors to celebrate our Community, Businesses, and Ecosystem.

Arte Soleil is a community driven art hub in outer SE Portland. Connecting neighbors, businesses, and artists through creative expression is our goal. In addition to beautifying our corner of 122nd with public art and greenery, we plan to host gatherings to include a block party with Midway Business Association in which talks have already begun.
