The Unity Circle Intersection Repair Project is located in the Humboldt neighborhood within the Urban Renewal District. Recognized as an educational hub, throughout the year thousands of students from Jefferson High School, Portland Community College Cascade and the North Portland Library pass over The Unity Circle street painting on their way to these significant institutions making it a unique and important location. This community building project, in it's 4th year, provides a focal point for cultural exchange and transformation.
