Sabin's Junior Girl Scout Troop 45157 set out to do a community improvement project. They knew that traffic around the school moved too quickly at times. They also knew that every community can use more ways to collaborate and connect with each other. That's why they've been working with Village Building Convergence to design and secure approval for an intersection painting that will bring the community closer together. The design was inspired by the girls in collaboration with their troop leader. The wild rose at the center reflects the beauty of nature, children growing and developing, and the connections between us all. The northeast corner of the intersection is Sabin School. The painting elevates the connection between the school and its neighbors.
